Entala is an independent company supplying Telecoms, IT, Website Design and Internet Marketing solutions to small and medium sized businesses.

The marketplace in these areas is changing rapidly with new products, services and prices released every week.  This, coupled with the convergence of these solutions,  means it is becoming increasingly difficult to assess the market, get independent advice and ensure that solutions will operate seamlessly together.  This is the basis on which Entala was formed - we provide a one-stop shop for independent infrastructure advice, products and services. 

Customer service is fundamental to how we work.  It was important when forming the company that each customer should be assigned a local Account Manager available not just before a sale but there to provide ongoing help and support.  Customers can call an Account Manager directly, without negotiating multiple levels of automated answerphone, and speak to someone that understands their business and can deal immediately with any queries. In addition, Account Managers conduct regular reviews of each account to ensure they continue to benefit from changes in the marketplace.
